SHIPPING POLICY:  

• We have some products that will ship in 3 to 5 Business Days unless otherwise noted below. Please call or email us for more information. Some shipments may be delayed due to high volume periods (holidays, etc.). You may log on to your account at any time and view the status of your purchase. Luxury Bedding Solutions will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS: (If these any of these products are currently in our stock we will email you and ship them in 3-5 business days.)

• WATERFORD BEDDING ENSEMBLES:  Usually ships within 7-10 business days.
• JENNIFER TAYLOR & SANDY WILSON BEDDING COLLECTIONS:  Custom Made. Usually ships within 6-8 weeks.
• MUSE BEDDING COLLECTIONS:  Usually ships within 2-3 weeks.
• AUBERGINE HOME BEDDING COLLECTIONS:  Custom Made. Usually ships within 4 weeks.
• JOSEY MILLER ITALIAN BEDDING COLLECTIONS:  Custom Made in Italy. Usually ships within 4-6 weeks.
• BRIDAL SATIN BEDDING:  Custom Made. Usually ships within 4-6 weeks.
• OTHER SATIN & CHARMEUSE SATIN BEDDING:  May Be Custom Made. Usually ships within 4-6 weeks.
• ULTRA, ELITE and PARAMOUNT BEDDING ENSEMBLES:  Southern Textiles Bedding Ensembles are Custom Made. Usually ships within 4-6 weeks.
• VERATEX BEDDING ENSEMBLES:  Usually ships within 2-4 weeks.
• BED VOYAGE:  Usually ships within 7-10 business days.  
• DANIADOWN BEDDING ENSEMBLES:  Some Daniadown Bedding Ensembles are made upon ordering and sent directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Some Down Products are made upon a customers purchase order. Shipping normally takes from 7 to 10 Business Days as the products are sent directly from the manufacturer depending on the volume of orders that are received (ex. Holidays). During Holidays, the shipping of Down products could take up to 14 days to ship.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & WEIGHTS:

• If your shipping destination choice is unavailable when ordering, please email us at customerservice@luxurybeddingsolutions.com for a rate quote and shipping time.  
  Luxury Bedding Solutions is currently using the Shipping Method(s) and DIMENTIONAL RATES (The weights that are listed on the product pages are DIMENTIONAL PACKAGE BOX SIZES/WEIGHTS.) that are set by our shipper:  UPS GROUND

• Please call us to inquire if your order can be expedited via UPS.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of your submitted order by phone: 1.866.478.5485 or by email: cancellations@luxurybeddingsolutions.com.

• * EXCEPTION* Expedited Special Order Items cannot be cancelled. If the item delivery is refused by the customer a 30% restocking fee will be charged. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be cancelled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per Luxury Bedding Solutions product and/or return policy.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Orders for Jennifer Taylor, Sandy Wilson, Aubergine Home Collections, Josey Miller Italian Bedding Collections, Premium Bridal Satin cannot to be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
