RETURN POLICY: 

• Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal at Luxury Bedding Solutions, therefore we do all we can to ensure that a high level of satisfaction is met.

• We have a 30-day money back guarantee. The item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 30 days upon return of the item(s) in its original packaging by the customer and within the 30 day Return Period.

• Items which have been received by the customer after 30 days and are not returned to us within the 30-day return period are not returnable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order.

• WATERFORD, SOUTHERN TEXTILES, VERATEX and DANIADOWN:  As these products are special ordered through the manufacturer and are made upon ordering, these items are returnable within 10 days of receipt only if the product is not removed from the package it was shipped in. For items returned for the wrong color we will gladly make an exchange for any merchandise that is in our inventory. • DOWN & FEATHER PRODUCTS POLICY: Products are returnable within 10 days of receipt only if the product is not removed from the package it was shipped in. Please email: customerservice@luxurybeddingsolutions.com for return authorization prior to returning.

• CLOSEOUT SALES are final.

• ***Please Note that all monitors do not render the same color images. Check the products you are interested in on a different type computer to ensure that you are seeing the correct colors of the products. 

• Luxury Bedding Solutions, M.A.Talia Company and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.  

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

• It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified by email if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available.

ERRORS:

• Desciptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
