Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:

 

  • Returns are handled through EMAIL ONLY:  returns@luxurybeddingsolutions.com. Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages.
  •  

  • We cannot accept products that has been removed from its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. If an item is returned and during inspection is found to have been removed from its packaging it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR GENERAL MERCHANDISE NOT LISTED BELOW:

  • We have a 14-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated below per manufacturer.
  • The item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 14 days upon return of the item(s) has not been removed from its original packaging.
  • If the item was a Free Ship item then the manufacturers cost for shipping the item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Request for returns must be made within 14 days of the return period.

RETURN POLICY FOR AUBERGINE HOME COLLECTIONS

  • All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages. It will be returned at your expense if this is found upon inspection of the return.
  • Aubergine exercises the opinion to replace, repair or issue credit on authorized returns
  • Cut fabric is not returnable.
  • Custom Orders are not returnable.
  • Swatch Refund - Swatches are available @ $5.00 each fabric sample and will be refunded if bedding is ordered or swatches and 8 x 10 picture are returned within 14 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY FOR WATERFORD

  • All claims for defective bedding must be made within two days of receipt of goods.
  • Usually ships within 7 business days.
  • To request a return for any reason other than defective bedding, all claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  • Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages. It will be returned at your expense if this is found upon inspection of the return. No refund will be issued.
  • If an item is approved for a return, the buyer assumes all cost for returning the item, 15% restocking fee and all applicable fees incured by us for the purchase.
  • Return request must be made by email only:  returns@luxurybeddingsolutions.com for return authorization prior to returning.

RETURN POLICY FOR JENNIFER TAYLOR

  • All claims for defective bedding must be made within two days of receipt of goods.
  • Usually ships within 4 to 6 weeks.
  • For any reason other than defective bedding, a return request must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  • Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages. It will be returned at your expense if this is found upon inspection of the return. No refund will be issued.
  • If an item is approved for a return, the buyer assumes all cost for returning the item and all applicable fees incured by us for the purchase.
  • Sofa Sets are Special Order items and are not returnable.
  • Cut fabric is not returnable.
  • Return request must be made by email only:  returns@luxurybeddingsolutions.com for return authorization prior to returning.

 RETURN POLICY FOR JOSEY MILLER ITALIAN COLLECTIONS

  • All claims for defective bedding must be made within two days of receipt of goods to allow for us to meet the Josey Miller 7 Day Return Request Policy.
  • Josey Miller's Bamboo Rayon Sheet Sets are returnable within 10 days of receipt only if the items are not removed from its packaging.
  • If an item is returned and during inspection is found to have been removed from its packaging it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.
  • If an item is approved for a return, the buyer assumes all cost for returning the item.
  • Return request must be made by email only:  returns@luxurybeddingsolutions.com for return authorization prior to returning.

CGG HOME FASHIONS, SOUTHERN TEXTILES, VERATEX, HOME SOURCE INTERNATIONAL and DANIADOWN:
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and can not have been removed from the original product packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If an item is returned and during inspection is found to have been removed from its packaging it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.
  • If an item is approved for a return, the buyer assumes all cost for returning the item.

 PREMIUM BRIDAL SATIN PRODUCTS POLICY:
  • Special Order Products are non-returnable.

SATIN  & CHARMEUSE SATIN PRODUCTS POLICY:
  • Special Order Products are non-returnable.

CLEARANCE SALES
  • CLEARANCE SALES are final.

EXCHANGE CREDITS ISSUED
  • Exchange Credit issued are for one time use only and must be used within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for unused credit. Second purchase is not returnable. Please ask for assistance when reordering to ensure you are getting what you request.

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
  • It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified by email or phone if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available.

ERRORS:
  • Descriptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
  • ***Please Note that all monitors do not render the same color images. Check the products you are interested in on a different type of computer or order swatches when available to ensure that you are seeing the correct colors of the products.
  • Luxury Bedding Solutions, M.A.Talia Company and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.
