• We cannot accept bedding that has been removed from its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. If an item is returned and during inspection is found to have been removed from its packaging it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

RETURN POLICY FOR GENERAL MERCHANDISE NOT LISTED BELOW:

• We have a 14-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated below per manufacturer.
• The item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 14 days upon return of the item(s) has not been removed from its original packaging.
• If the item was a Free Ship item then the manufacturers cost for shipping the item will be deducted from the refund.
• Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
• Request for returns must be made within 14 days of the return period.

• All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages. It will be returned at your expense if this is found upon inspection of the return.
• Aubergine exercises the opinion to replace, repair or issue credit on authorized returns
• Cut fabric is not returnable.
• Custom Orders are not returnable.
• Swatch Refund - Swatches are available @ $5.00 each fabric sample and will be refunded if bedding is ordered or swatches and 8 x 10 picture are returned within 14 days of receipt.

• All claims for defective bedding must be made within two days of receipt of goods to allow for us to meet the Wildcat Territory 7 Day Return Request Policy.
• Custom Made. Usually ships within 4 weeks.
• To request a return for any reason other than defective bedding, all claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. A 30% restocking fee will be charged. Order swatches to prevent this. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Bedding is not allowed to be removed from packages. It will be returned at your expense if this is found upon inspection of the return. No refund will be issued.
• If an item is approved for a return, the buyer assumes all cost for returning the item.

• These collections are Made To Order in Italy, therefore are subject to a No Return Policy.

• Josey Miller's Bamboo Rayon Sheet Sets are returnable within 10 days of receipt only if the items are not removed from its packaging.

• As these products are special ordered through the manufacturer and sometimes are made upon ordering.
• Under certain circumstances we will approve a return on these items. Buyers remorse or the wrong color is not considered a reason for return unless there is a prior written agreement from the Returns Department.

EXCHANGE CREDITS ISSUED

• Exchange Credit issued are for one time use only and must be used within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for unused credit. Second purchase is not returnable. Please ask for assistance when reordering to ensure you are getting what you request.
  

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

• It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified by email or phone if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available.

ERRORS:

• Descriptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. 

• ***Please Note that all monitors do not render the same color images. Check the products you are interested in on a different type of computer or order swatches when available to ensure that you are seeing the correct colors of the products. 

• Luxury Bedding Solutions, M.A.Talia Company and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.
