FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  Are the colors of this bedding the same as what I see on my computer?

A.  All monitors do not render the same colors. If you have access to another computer check the image there and see if there is a difference.

2.  Do you have swatches available?

A.  We currently do not have swatches available, however we may be able to get one for you. 

3.  I have a pillowtop mattress what size comforter should I buy?

A.  99% of our comforters are oversized and would be perfect for those extra thick mattresses. 

4.  Do you ship to Canada?

A.  We will be adding Canada to our shipping locations in the very near future. 

5.  Do you accept returns?

A.  Yes we do. However, items refused at the time of shipment may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

6.  How long does it take to get a refund?

A.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

7.  How long does it take to ship your merchandise?

A.  Special Order bedding from Veratex, Southern Textiles, Daniadown and Satin Products may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

8.  I need help, can you place an order for me?

A.  We will be happy to place an order for you.

9.  Are you available on Saturday and Sundays if I have a question?

A.  We may be working in the office on the weekends and will take your calls.

10.  Will you be offering layaways?

A.  We are currently looking into to this process and may add it to our store.
