Duvet Cover

 

What is a Duvet Cover?

 

In most instances a Duvet Cover is made with two pieces of material sewn together on three sides with some type of closure, buttons, zipper, etc., on the foot end of the duvet. While some people use a duvet to cover a down comforter or existing comforter for a quick style change, a duvet can be used as a standalone bed cover.

Some countries such as Canada and the United Kingdom uses the term Duvet to refer to a down comforter.
